Natura Zen Design (the "Business") operates the Natura Zen Publishing tool, which helps the Business prepare and publish its own social media posts.
The tool processes the photos and videos the Business uploads, the captions and hashtags it writes, and the account identifiers and access tokens needed to publish to the Business's own accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
Uploaded media and text are used only to prepare and publish posts that the Business approves. Nothing is published without the Business's approval.
Media and post records are stored on the Business's own computer. Access tokens are stored in a local configuration file on that computer.
We do not sell personal data. Data is sent only to the platforms the Business chooses to publish to, and to the AI service used to draft captions.
